I might end up with an offer of 7 lpa with British council for sAp security. Currently I am with ibm at 4.89 lpa, I want to stay at IBM but not at this pay. Can i drop resignation and then expect my manager to retain me by increasing the pay? P.S I am only 4 months old in ibm, joining month October 2021

Any idea when hike letters will be rolled out? Also how much percentage of hike at persistent one can expect?

IBM has offered me X amount ctc and i accepted it on portal....now got to know that market valuation for 10.3 yoe is greater than offered ctc....can i ask HR to increase the ctc and change the band...will they consider it?...not holding any counter offer as of now

Just wondering if any Junior designers feel the same but I work as the only graphic designer in a small digital marketing agency and lately there isn't any new projects and work coming in at least in my "department". No one is really touching base on anything but I'm still getting paid a salary ($42k/y). What would be the normal CTC range for Associate Consultant at Pune? My current CTC is 6 LPA. If suppose I am negotiating with KPMG HR, how much CTC shall I ask for Supply Chain & Operations role?

Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.

Graduating with my finance degree in about a year. I took a part-time healthcare position fill my employment gap but most of my previous experience is in manufacturing logistics and customer service. With my background, how do I break into a finance or accounting role? What positions do I apply for? I would like to make at least 45-50k a year min starting if possible.
