Also, do not expect to be treated well at this company, unless you are a Nurse or a PCT. They do not value social workers, dieticians or secretaries and they make huge differences between our disciplines. PCT's require a high school diploma and they make as much or more than social workers with master's degrees and a license!

Been for a company for over 2years. The executive team is very much a boy's club. There are a few women in management roles but zero ethnicity diversity there. I raised my concern to HR in feb.
