HR Discussion happened on 23rd August and from then i am waiting for Offer letter, HR is not ghosting and keep on replying with updates.

I have expressed my expectation as INR 38LPA as base/Fixed. I have 7 years of experience.

Do you guys think the delay is happening due to salary , is this salary lie on their range as HR keep on saying it's pending from higher management approval and not salary constraint.
