Can someone please explain why this exists in my paylslip, is it good or bad from tax perspective and shall I ask my HR to decrease it???

Worth bearing in mind that salaries in Ireland are really, really low relative to the US. Think 80-90 would be a really good outcome but wouldn’t be suprised if they offered like 50.
Which I like that they don't appear to have a focus on YOE, because it artificially inflates skill levels of otherwise poor employees. But also, it's not helpful in that I have no idea what salary to expect.
I've looked on Glassdoor which doesn't seem to have a good position fit, so I'm coming up with a large range (€50-90). Also I'm not sure if there's a better option for research like this in Ireland.
I did speak with a super helpful recruiter in Ireland, who mentioned that €80-90 is reasonable given my CV, and $120 (what I'm looking for on my search if we stay in US) is something like a low level C suite position.
The LinkedIn lists as an entry level position, but it asks for experience... I have~7 years of FactSet, Bloomberg, Yield Book, RiskSpan, SQL. In addition I've done 7 years of attribution for mostly IG portfolios, but also HY, EM from a fixed income perspective. Last couple years we got a couple MA portfolios (most anything but equity-like securities, unless it's an equity tranche of some securitized deals, mostly student loan residuals). Also I've done almost two years of equity attribution. In addition, I'm a CFA Charterholder. That said, seems like I'd be overqualified, but want to see if we could make the salary work. We are trying to work out if we should worry about getting a job vs any minimum salary requirement.
As it relates to immigration, the jobs we would get fall under an umbrella that gives us a "critical skills work permit" so that should not be an issue.
