My partner (electrical engineer, fully remote-capable, no client-facing or management duties) has been working remote since his vacation (Cape Town) and hasn't returned yet. He could join me in SEA until a formal RTO is enforced, but he's waiting on explicit sign-off from HR/his manager. I'd have just made the move...— am I wrong? Anyone navigating something similar?
