Any insight into how the Indian offices are, and whether there are any pros / cons for each firm?

Sooo here is the story of the day. I am looking for a job in Public Health. I have a bachelors is Biology and a masters in public health with concentration in Health Management and Policy. I have applied to countless jobs and everyone wants experience with their software or experience in the field when all I have is experience in my internship with American Red Cross and my degrees and what my resume states with Lab Manager, Lab Tech/Lab Analyst, and Patient Care Coordinator. 1. Deloitte - 12.5 LPA Fixed + 1.25L Variable along with 2L joining bonus and 2L retention bonus.

2. PWC - 13 LPA Fixed + 2L joining bonus and permanent WFH.

I got offer from persistent with 31lpa.
But most of the compensation they added into skill bonus-1400000. Due to that my basic salary is low- 50k as compared to my cctc basic salary, which is 63k with 19.5lpa.
Is it normally happening with everyone joining to persistent?
Can Persistent increase basic salary component and reduce the skill bouns?
I asked hr to increase my basic, but she mentioned that it’s system generated and standard format, vary cmpny to cmpny.
