Hey everyone, I am expecting PERM to get approved in August of 2026. and plan to do Premium processing for I-140. So I can really leave the firm only after 6 months which is sometime in June/July of 2027. I am already underpaid by 15-20k$ and if I dont get a good raise this summer, is it advisable to get an offer and see if my firm will match it? If they do match it, does that cause any problems with the PERM/I-140 process since wage is different? Pretty sure firm should match as they need ppl

Mental Health, inherited or choice? I am finding myself struggling with processing that ADD, Depression, or Bipolar is a chemical imbalance in the brain vs. behavioral therapy. The best analogy given to me is you would treat diabetics with insulin so why not consider prescriptions to help mental health. 2020 has thrown more at me than I’m able to handle. Has anyone here noticed a significant improvement after a prescription to help psych issues?
