I started at 180k as a manager in Houston I’m not sure if that’s low or not
I was a staff - senior at EY, left for 10 months and then got hired back as a manager
Next three quarters - not the right time to move to the US, IMO.
Trust me it’s significantly worse in Europe right now and at least cyber is partially recession proof
Downside with Austin is the housing market
I was at M1 at 130k, and M2 at 191k. Big4 in NY
L7 y1 M and I make 200k base in T1 city
I’m sure you are aware but the costs of living are much higher in the US. You salary will be higher but your overall expenses will be as well.
