Hi folks I got a call from a UBS recruiter for one of the jobs I had applied for Pune location. Unfortunately, the call got disconnected due to poor network at my end. And she did not call back.
The call was from this generic UBS HR number +65 64958000. I only caught the first name of that recruiter - Pooja/Puja.
Could someone let me know how to get back in touch with them? (I tried searching on LinkedIn but could not find the recruiter)

I have a very bad experience with my ubs project. Wlb issue ,non technical leads no vision … only listening to business stakeholders for timelines…very less technically skilled ppl in upper level of UBS…ppl here may differ but these are my thoughts… Also one thing I am sure everyone agrees is ubs has worst hikes among all the banks and fintech. It is not related to merger but overall it is bad in hikes. For job security I think ubs is good.if u r not at director level there will be very less chance of layoff
BDW which peoject were you in? Do you know anything about WM and Client platforms?
Join only if you value job security over anything. I know people who joined here after layoffs in some good organisations only for job security. They’ll probably leave as soon as market improves
WLB depends on your team and the manager. Yes the leads aren’t that technical but that should not be a big issue. They have nice projects for full stack developers and the environment is generally chill and i have not seen any one getting fired at-least untill director level. Hikes are not that good but 7% on average and bonuses are also like around 3 to 10 percent of your salary depending on the ratings. This is my personal experience. Also there’s no timesheet and generally you don’t need to worry about when you are logging in and out
How is your view on EPAM Systems compared to this? I have around same level of compensation offered from both.
UBS hires tons from EPAM :) There are high chances you’ll end up in some org. But it’s a good consultancy nevertheless
