- I have joined a Data Science-based startup in Pune as a Backend Dev Intern (Internship is till 30th Jan).
- I had applied to ZS Associates for the role of Decision Analytics Associate, some time Aug-Sept. Just last week, an HR reached out to me stating that they are looking for candidates joining from 22nd Jan and they want a confirmation if my internship can end about a week earlier.

Wanted to bring out that staff-1's are paid peanuts (3.33L CTC) please don't expect them to slog 12-13 hours. They don't have enough motivation or incentives to work that long. Seniors,AM's and Managers should be more kind and explain the work to them clearly rather than making last minute changes.
