I’ve been in a trading assistant role for the past 3 years. I’ve been trying to maneuver to a sales position, but no luck. I’ve tried networking and applying internally, however I don’t seem to be getting the turnover I would like. What do you recommend for someone like myself who is trying to crack a position in the front office but has not been able to.

I have 2 years consulting experience, but left to work on my own business for the past year. Now I have sold my business and I am wanting to re-enter the finance industry. Where should I be applying?

Worked so hard to get a tech exit with reasonable comp, but now that I got it, it feels weird to leave strat consulting. Consulting pays more in the longer term with much faster progression, but once in tech always in tech, more meaningful S&O work and better wlb (hopefully??)

Don’t wait/waste your time for positive replies from employers continue your hunting in market.

I had a bad experience with CTS even my interview gone well I got negative feedback. May be they have budget/notice period constraints, if that is the case why would they conducted interviews with out basic checks
