Just had a doubt on Salesforce Work Location definitions & meaning.

So, if 3 days a week falls under Office Flexible, 4-5 days a week falls under Office based & remote is remote.

What does it mean if I have got Office Assigned??

We are seeing more pushback from employees on working 40 hours. We offer flexibility (wfh), 11 holidays and another 3 wks PTO. Seems like a good gig, I think, at 40-45 hrs. Anyone seeing this too?

How many people are back in the office vs. WFH? What area and how many employees? Are you seeing clients, doing in person mediations, depos, etc?

I’ve been a freelance print production designer for many years, and usually on-site in the before times. Now I work remote, and am finding it uneasy dealing with billing. Before I always billed hourly, which made sense, but it’s becoming an issue now. Some companies don’t have a full days’ work, so it seems wrong to bill full days, and it allows me to juggle projects for different companies, but my billable hours are down. I know I should bill a daily rate, but not sure that will fly. Thoughts?

Do people know if the big 4 are all wfh and onboarding that way as well? Or have they started setting return to office dates?

I moved from being customer service at a call center to doing it remotely from home, and it's such a game changer. I just sit around in my pajamas, relaxed. Has anyone else switched to 100% remote work?

Interested to know if your Big Law has announced that the office will be fully remote (with option to come in for those that want to) during Thanksgiving week and last two weeks of the calendar year? I hear this is how quite a few big law firms are going to be doing it.

I may have a better offer which could be shared only next week as approvals are in process , which offers me wfh option and a little better package and my joining in the next company LTI is on 8th Nov, I am unable to push the joining date to buy some time as HR denied on the same , please suggest me how should I tackle this situation as I’m more interested to join the one giving WFH ?
