Walmart offers CCTC increase 27% from base which comes 12.57 LPA and 10% variable for Systems In2 at base location ofc is near my home.
AngelOne offers CCTC increase 40.5% from base which comes 14 LPA and 10% fixed variable SRE 1. AngelOne offers 13.5% higher increase with full remote option.
Learning is better in Angel1 as tech role. Walmart it's tech ops but In2 Pos n attracted to Walmart brand also it opens many door in my future switch. So confused pls advice better one
