How is the work culture/ work pressure at consulting companies like Bain & Co, BCG, McKinsey

My friend received two job offers for Account Executive roles: a Mid-Market role with Confluent and an Enterprise role with ThoughtSpot. He’s conflicted because Confluent is a more established company, ThoughtSpot is Pre-IPO. Confluent is a lucrative product to sell and has established SDR reps so there’s a good blend of inbound and outbound sales. Thoughtspot is more of a startup culture where most of the sales comes from outbound and it’s a tougher sell.

Lit associates at Goodwin how’s WLB in terms of expectations to work weekends and into evenings/late nights. How’s culture generally? Do people go on vacations and is time off respected?

If a person have PepsiCo offer letter along with Canada visa , does PepsiCo allows to accommodate job at PepsiCo Canada?
