I am working as a software engineer with 3.5+ yrs experience, but I only got a support project, so my knowledge is not that great, but I feel support projects give much work life balance.

I want to ask should I switch from support to development or should remain in support only.Also can you suggest some roles that I can apply. If I switch to development as a .net developer what should I learn and how much time it takes.

One of the best pieces of advice I received is to avoid micro-managing executive staff (agency leadership), as it puts downward and unwelcome pressure on people’s managers and ultimately oneself. Based on your experience in the last 2 years are there:
- Agencies you would steer clear from because their leadership micromanages
- Agencies you would recommend because their leadership gives you room to grow

Any women here with lean PCOS? I do not ovulate on my own (metformin regulated my periods but I still don’t ovulate) and am moving from three cycles of Clomid/IUI to IVF soon.
