Hey fishes! What is the average package a solution architect gets in Ericsson? I’m offered a CTC of 35LPA at Ericsson Bangalore. In Cisco, I’m getting around 28LPA plus $56000 worth of RSUs which will vest completely by 2025. Any recommendations if I should switch?

Current student looking for advice.
