Hey folks, I am currently working in a good product based company, but as an apprentice where no one knows if we get converted to FTE or not. Here i got a great team and good work. Now, i have an offer in my hand which pays decent salary and the role is ML Engineer. But this is just normal company and that too not fully IT but they deal with core.

Can anyone advice me what to do, should i stay here to test my luck if i may get FTE or not, or leave this and go to that another company.

Just saw that Airbnb's salary range for a 2+ years experience Data Scientist in US is 129k -180k USD.
In INR its 95L- 1.4cr. But in India do they pay even 30L to 4 years yoe?
Last year I saw such salary range for 4+ yoe in US. But in India its yet to increase.
In this quarter these companies have started negotiating in the name of US recession. Irony is salary range didn't decrease in the place where the recession is supposed to occur.

What's the best direction to take my career forward and transition into a better domain if possible?

I get calls for python but they demand scraping & webdev(selenium/bs/django/flask) which I have no interest in.
