I recently interviewed at Informatica for Devops Engineer role , I have completed 4 Technical Rounds , I have sent a followup aswell for TR after 2 days , she said she needs some time to review. Its been a month now, no reply for second follow up email. I am confused now, whether they are ghosting or taking genuine time.. I had positive reviews in all 4 rounds. Please let me know if you have any idea on this.

Do large law firms really recieve enough applications for a position that they cannot follow up when someone reaches out to check on thier application? I get that if you have to reach out, they probably weren't interested anyways, I'm just curious why there is a practice of just leaving applicants in the wind.
