Offer details:
- Company: Mastercard Pune
- Role: Software Engineer II (Mainframe Developer)
- Level: L7
- CTC: ~15–16 LPA (verbal confirmation, written pending)

My questions
1. Is 15–16 LPA fair for L7 at Mastercard Pune with ~4 years mainframe experience?
2. Is this fair for L7 at Mastercard? What's the typical band?
3. WLB & culture?

Can someone help me on what should one ask for B8 position for project management having 8 years of experience .

I got an offer from Pwc IAC, HR confirmed over mail that this is a permanent work from home position. But not mentioned in the offer letter.

I got an email confirmation from HR, which simply says "you can work anywhere from India".

I am not willing to relocate to Bangalore, can i trust HR, if anyone working in pwc is aware of such policies please share your inputs.

My question is about case interview preparation, I have been mainly practicing candidate-led style so far and don't have much info about interviewer-led approach that McK utilizes. I slightly dropped my MacBook and apparently (slightly) damaged the keyboard and trackpad as per service Center. I don’t see any visible damage to the system but that’s what they say and are charging me about 28k for this even though my system is in warranty period (will complete a year in a few days). Are there any workaround for this? Like I can use external keyboard or maybe negotiate, anything else?
