John deere: x+3 LPA (1LPA variable)

I really like lilly as a company and job will be more secure with lilly, as I understand, but package is somewhat less and position with john deere seems like a better challenge

Currently working on a three person team in a larger GC group. I lateraled from a different group that did not pay attorneys on an attorney scale. What is the point in asking why do you want to switch after all interview process ? Haven't HR seen resume with all career progression for a candidate before shortlisting that resume which means they are fine with another Switch. If at all they want to ask this question so as to eliminate someone , they should ask this as the first call by them before scheduling the interview. It is a two process i.e. you need a resource and we don't ask them why do you want to recruit us ?

I have a doubt. I have got offer from PwC India for a package of 7.5LPA as base pay and my current CTC is 4.5LPA. Now, manager is asking me for retention of 7LPA along with 50K bonus and he is convincing me with working with cutting edge tech in DevOps. May I know if it's good to stay in CTS or leave for PwC india as an associate in emerging tech BU?
