My last Ctc was 13.30 LPA(Fixed) and now WNS is offering 17.29(+30% fixed) and 3.5 (20% variable- of which the company gives only 60%. Pls suggest

Copywriter with serious imposter syndrome at new job! How do senior writers up their game? Was in-house 1.5 years and underpaid in NYC. With only previous freelance experience (and nonprofit and grant writing before that) figured I had to slog through it for years. Cut to now, 6 months into a new copywriting role at huge tech company. My salary almost quintupled overnight. I think I’m doing great, but that depends on the day and who I work with (no other writers by the way).
