Hey guys , I got selected in HCLTech and discussed about the offer as well but hr said it will take a bit of a time for approvals and releasing the offer. So how much is the standard estimated time HCL takes for approvals and releasing the offer ?

Hi, currently making 10.5 lakhs fixed as AM ( recently promoted) , have an offer from KPMG for consultant for 15.5 fixed. Should i take demotion from AM to consultant. TCS has given the BGV check to some vendor and today I got the message from that vendor to verify my Permanent address by clicking a link and then by enabling my location and taking selfie in front of house.
