I joined a company 10 months ago and got to know that company is crap only after I started working there. Now I'm trying to switch and my NP is almost done yet I'm not getting good calls. Even if I get a few calls HRs are asking,
1. Why are you switching just within 10months?
2. Why have you put your papers without an offer?
3. Why are you expecting a 50% hike even when you are switching within a year?
All these BS questions. How can I handle these

I am from L3 support background good at troubleshooting Env issues & managing things assigned to me. Hv been working as Devops for sometime now but majority of IaC (chef, shell scripting) task is done by a colleague and I take care of calls & Env issues
