I'm trying to get a remote job in US by staying in India, there are multiple jobs available, but I'm not sure how should I prepare for the salary discussion as they will be offering in $ and 401k benefit. So, is there any alternative to get epf instead of 401k and how does the salary credit work and what about tds and all ?

Recruiter for big tech company reached out on LinkedIn about a role. I asked about ballpark compensation numbers and they said they’re only comfortable sharing on a live call.
