Current CTC: 5.75 fixed + 10% Variable
Offer: 7.5 fixed + 21% Variable.
Is it a wise decision to switch from Deloitte to Accenture at this level.
Education: BCA Please advise!

I have passed Above Target in the People section, and T in the other sections.
It was 95% situational questions.
Thave used AR's mock exams, and used my wrong answers to figure out my weakness and where I truly stand. I didn't purchase AR's course, just the mock exam simulator.
The 200 agile questions by David McLachlan were amazing, it really helped me in adapting to an agile mindset. TIA simulator n Joseph Phillip is useful.
