Hey guys. Should we join Salesforce Hyderabad as a Developer Success Engineer (Support Engineer)? Its a part of the MCS Department (Mission Critical Success). I saw on Linkedin some guys did 1 year there and left saying its a support role so you only work on cases raised by Customer. Which is better to join? This profile at Salesforce or Salesforce Developer at a MNC/Product Based Mid Tier Company?
