People at my company claim to be supportive, promote great work culture but there’s actually no support at all just bunch of bs. I’m 21. Maybe I just got lucky, but working in Apple retail was an incredible experience. I was only there for 7 months, but it was enough time to know it’s a place filled with love and laughter. Walking in other Apple Store’s I can feel the energy and I genuinely believe my store was unique. Managers cared and coworkers were connected. I’m going to miss talking about Apple with people, but definitely not helping indecisive assholes try on 30 different Apple Watch bands; they can suck my balls.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?
