Hello. Quick question about formatting. I have an excel sheet with bunch of negative numbers, but some are percentage values and some are dollar values. Is there a way to make all of them have a parenthesis for being negative while keeping them still percentage and dollar value separately or do I have to target them separately?

Why do firms fire people with low but still profitable hours? I am in my first full year on track for pretty low hours (~1500) but the actual realized fees (after writedowns) are still double my yearly salary. I got an offer from another firm for 24lpa but they have shared the offer letter of DOJ after 2 months and asked me to negotiate my notice period or look for buyout. What should I do in this case? Should I connect with my current hr to negotiate? Cause I tried convincing the new hr to share the offer letter of DOJ after 3 months but she is not in the favour of that.
