Hello, what is working in retail banking like at JPMorgan Chase ? Specially the branch manager role. I’m looking in the Columbus area. How is pay, culture, benefits, sales environment, meetings, etc. How easy is it to transition from retail banking to corporate. For a first year, that’s pretty good
3 years industry experience prior to consulting. Worked in tech and staffing sectors
That’s quite high for a first year consultant. From my experience, the range is closer to $70-$95k. It’s also worth noting that some firms do not care about a masters degree, unless you are talking about a top tier MBA. In the case of the latter, you often still need to join through campus recruiting to receive the top tier mba compensation. I’m curious to hear what others think.
What is your skill set? I have 4Yoe and making quite a bit lower
