Hey PwC folks, please advise. if you went through HR-> Manager-> Partner interviews (for 1 field) + another manager interview for a different position bc the partner suggested you'd be a great fit for both positions (choose and pick situation) and it's been over 2~3 months, does this mean you didn't get the job? Do they usually not send an email telling you whether u made it or not?

Does anyone know if this is normal? I joined a vault 100 firm in September last year. The firm put me on tier 7. In January I had the associate review and everything was normal. After a couple of weeks, I got the call from the hiring partner telling my bonus and new salary (because of the firm-wide salary increase). I realized I still get paid as a 7 year associate. The partner said because I joined the firm later in the year, it’s normal not to advance in the next year. Is it? Thanks!
