As an BscIT graduate I was looking forward to start my career from scratch in IT field but the destiny we never know,
I joined TCs on Feb-24 as trainee/intern/apprenticeship in BPs , I was instructed that there are IT related projects you are eligible for the drive. And now I didn't got any related project of my field it's been a month now I'm requesting for release, it's a trapped situation were I don't know what to do furthermost.
So what to do now?

Currently working at a 3rd year analyst at a major bank. Focusing on Corporate Treasury sales for the first 2 years and most recently in e-commerce product development (payment processor). Looking to transition into a product manager role at a tech company where I can work remotely.

Has anyone had similar experience or has any advice to share?

Just switched to a gud org with gud perk,pay,project work but My boss is the epitome of a**h*** reasons-
Onboarded me on a huge project (12 phase proj) with no KT, only gave docs to read from.
He was handling this proj till phase 4 but has completely withdrawn out without proper transition.
I cannot make decisions and my decisions are overridden by him.
I have 2 yrs experience and it's now my onus to negotiate with PPL in VP,EVP position and also handle testing & dev team.
