I’m in my 4th year at a small plaintiffs’ firm. Past two years I’ve received meager raises (5k) and terrible bonuses (3k). My boss prides himself on allowing me to gain experience so I have more courtroom experience than most attorneys with twice the experience. As I’ve applied for other firms, I’ve been denied interviews based on how my boss is perceived in the community. Haven’t done the dating thing in a while so need advice! (F here) Met a guy at a party on Sat, followed each other on insta, then I dm’ed him my number saying “lmk if you want to get drinks sometime”.
