I've got offers from Deloitte India and Bnp Paribas as ETL developer.

I was working previously with US client and it was hectic long hours hated it. Campared to that working with European clients were good was getting good work life balance.

I prefer work life balance so having thoughts that should I go with bnp paribhas or Deloitte. But Deloitte is a big brand, I'm confused what to choose.

I'm not super happy in tech-specific recruiting and find it a lot more laborious than other verticals. We really struggle to find qualified candidates who are also willing to accept starting salaries and more equity. Sometimes I want to move away from this. Has anyone else felt this way?

I think one of the candidates I put forward is a pathological liar and lied about his background. Should I just let him fail during his technical interview portion or should I bring it to the attention of the hiring manager?
