I am looking to make a career change to HR. I currently make 75K as a sales and development coach. I graduated college a little over a year ago and started working at a big four firm in salesforce consulting. I have 2 certs (admin and app builder) + vlocity/“salesforce industries” developer cert. I’ve been in both functional and technical projects over the last year, but don’t really love the implementation space. I know I don’t have a ton of experience so far but wanted to see feasibility of jumping to a solution engineer role at salesforce with only 1 year exp to help pivot. Thanks!

I’ve been supporting various local and federal government organizations since completing undergrad four years ago. The slow periods have been long and grueling. With remote work, I appreciate being able to clean, read, and workout, but I’m feeling burnt out from having too little to do and my boss has postponed my PMP course request for about six months. Should I accept the offer? Can my visa get rejected even with the job offer? Would it be a good decision to not take double salary for next six month.. as visa processing can take time and in this corona time its mor tough

I was put into PIP in my first company. I believed my manager said that it's only for improvement. I signed it. Later realized it's a termination plan. So I quit the company. But after 5 years I got a call from my First company HR for another role, I was happy to take that opportunity. But later HR called me and said they couldn't proceed for some reason. Now due to fear of career gap i can't ask for good package. Can companies give good package if have career gap?
