My sibling got an email stating mandatory 5 days work from office since she just came on bench after working on project for 3+ years. And, her wfh request was rejected in the system (unsure if it was auto-reject, rejected by the DM).

Any solution and loopholes to address this issue, and avoid going to the office on all days & simply follow 10 days WFO policy?

I got offer from cognizant for skills appium(mobile testing), selenium. My yoe is 2.8 yrs. Designation is PA. DOJ is 29th dec. So are they projects in cognizant for testing or they will keep on bench. And projects are more of manual or automation testing

After spending 4 years as a mid-level ops manager, I tried to break into HR through talent acquisition. Now after 6 years in TA, I've had a hard time getting out of it. My goal was always to get into a more broad HRBP position, but I've since worked for smaller orgs without a solid HR career path. When I ask about my career goals, they keep telling me, "Soon!" Or "Maybe in 6 months!"
