Hello!
I finished my final round(s) for a TAM position at Google (GCP) last week and was told by my recruiter that my feedback was great and that I made a solid impression on the team and am "firmly in the running". I was supposed to hear back this week (according to the recruiter) but he just told me that it's still in the process and that I'll have to wait for another week or so.
Is this common at Google ? I have heard they are notorious for being really slow with their hiring process.
Which one to choose between Optum and Tiger Analytics for Data Scientist position? Where can I expect better data science domain expertise (In my previous companies I found very less understanding of Data Science practices as team)? Heared good things about both of these. Also hearing Tiger is expanding rapidly and getting some crap projects as well in the name of data science. Could someone put light on these things?

What will I be doing? How many hours and what is the pay?
Do you have any sort of job description? Otherwise it sounds suspiciously like a MLM.
Hello! Yes, I do have a job description. Just DM'd you!
I will happily sell your cutco knives to my network of close friends in hopes of becoming a regional sales manager.
Hey I appreciate the comment! Unfortunately, we're not in the business of selling knives. If that's what you're looking for, I'm sure there's a Bowl on here. Have an amazing day!
Sounds like Primerica or another MLM 😂 The predictable wording, lack of transparency on any kind of job description or company name, etc.
