Heya!!! I’m interviewing next week for a Sr Account Manager role @ a digital mkt agency.
The interviewer asked me to send in my salary expectation before we talk. This is a little bit challenging to me. Talk numbers.
The position ask for at least 4 years experience. I have 6.
I want to ask for a fair amount because I do think I can bring much value to the company.
Also don’t want to compromise just because I’m out of work at the moment. Do you guys have a suggestion ? TIA!!!

Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.

What is the hiring procedure in delta airlines for senior Software Engineer?

Is it misleading to just look at Total Compensation from a $ dollar value/ Total Compensation seems to be much more subjective than base salary in terms of its value. Some factors might be:

RSUs granted on dollar value or by # of shares & stock price trends
Vesting schedule
strike price on ISOs & delta between strike price and real market value

For instance, most of value in Amazon's comp seems to be granted in years 3 & 4, but it's well known that most people last only 2 years max there.

Where can we see the new hire RSUs allotted?
Workday just shows the annual RSUs not the new hire RSUs or joining bonus.

I am about to transition from being a junior partner at a large law firm (my practice has focused on private equity M&A) to Deputy General Counsel at a large-ish Pubco. Since iOS 14 changes, Facebook ads isn't the same anymore. Why?

A. >75% iOS users denied tracking. They are no longer tracked across websites/apps. Facebook lost its edge.
B. Targeting and conversion tracking aren't as effective anymore.
C. Many advertisers have been migrating their budgets from Facebook to Apple and Amazon ads.

I started conversations with a small boutique studio about doing Facebook ads for them and they asked what my retainer fee would be to manage them.
