Has anyone left big 4 or other PA firms tax transaction service groups for industry (or know of anyone)? I’ve been on the bench with J1 for about 3 months. I was worried that because I couldn’t find another project, I would get laid off so I found J2, which pays more, is very meeting heavy, but I really like. I left my last job because I didn't appreciate the culture (B4). However, it was probably because I was a terrible employee. However, I do find that my clients love me 10x more than my consulting colleagues. I joined a smaller firm to cover up the problem.

I recently got an offer where I was given almost 60% salary hike on my current CTC. I initially declined the offer but the company somehow motivated me to join them. And due to the changes in the joining date, their HR told me to submit mu resignation with my current company and and let them know my last working day so that they can accordingly share the revised offer letter. I got my resignation acceptance and LWD from the current company but they are not sharing the revised letter.
