I am an incoming third year associate in an AmLaw 20 firm at New York. Although I do enjoy the work, I’m constantly questioning myself and my abilities. The work hours are quite bad too. Just out of the blue I interviewed for an AmLaw 70 firm in New York and they extended me an offer. Any advice on the pros and cons would be really appreciated!

I’m at a mid size transactional firm. I’m a total night owl and my partners have OK’d me starting the workday at around 11am because I regularly work until midnight or later. I get so much more done after dark! I still get some side eye from other associates, but 🤷🏽‍♀️

In D, I've been tagged into a run the business kind of project, with not much innovation, but slightly complex in Salesforce. I don't have any interest in this domain. I'm confused bcoz it's been just a year in D, I joined D in an hope to climb the corporate ladder, get good exposure, none of which is happening - negativity about job security in Coforge, though SF jobs are plenty.

Current CTC is 23L in a product based company in India.

In my current project, (I joined them 1 year ago), the work environment has always been very lazy due to which a lot of things have been delayed.

I started looking for a change and currently serving notice period with last working day on 05-sept with an offer in hand, but since my expected ctc was a bit more, I am still giving interviews. Cont. In comments

I have 2 offers
1) Capgemini which is using the technologies which I am currently working on but in AWS. Also it provides a chance of learning DevOps as well.
2) Wells Fargo which has no scope of cloud and using the same technologies which I am currently working.

Salary difference in hardly 45k.
