Was verbally given a verbal offer from the recruiter yesterday, I didn’t negotiate much because I thought the salary was pretty good for manager level and my experience. A few hours later he emails...

120 base, 50 OTE bonus, sales engineer, 3 YOE, HCOL

1.l initially didn't ask for JB from any. Can do that in anyway now as they are offering it to others.
2. What should be considered as good range of package for my yrs of exp. 3. Tech stack should upgrade to be competitive in Market.

Does your salary band change if interviewing for a purely remote role? They pay should be based on my location, not the company's, right?

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I really do not prefer one company over the other. They’re both great! I’m very confused here. TIA🙏

Do most firms start reporting years in September or January? Prior firm did an August year for counting hours and then another did January (both Amlaw 200). Hi all. I was recently diagnosed with bipolar disorder type 2 and it’s been hard to heal with the ups and downs of a very competitive sales position in the current market.
