a) what is the hierarchy and where does the role of “Senior Business Analyst II” stands?

b) what max. Salary can I expect for this role?

c) I have already an offer from Novartis. Would it be sensible to go for Citius Tech since the role is good but would like to understand about increments, promotions, work life balance, culture, company growth, facilities like transport, food allowance.

I see for many people the designation has changed but for me it's not. I was under the impression that the promotion happens after the mid year discussion or after the year end discussion.
