I'm 32 and looking to make a career change. Previously I've been in sales, sales QA and some analyst position. I want to transition into learning programming and decided the best roadmap for me would be to learn Salesforce, land an entry level admin job and develop my skills over time to transition into programming.

How realistic is it to go from no computer science degree, to getting Salesforce certs and an admin role?

I have the opportunity to take a Solution Architect role for the Salesforce CSG team. I'm currently a solo SA for a large Salesforce Org usually dealing with about 5 large projects at a time. Can anyone that has or currently works for the Salesforce CSG team answer a few questions?

Anyone struggling with imposter syndrome? When I worked for a very well known Fortune500 tech company I couldn't help but feel major imposter syndrome. One- I am a woman in a male dominated industry, I didn't go to a prestigious school like most of my peers and I just didn't think I deserved to be there. Everyday was a struggle and tried to keep myself small so no one would find out I was a "fraud." Looking back on it now, wiser and more experienced, I realized how detrimental feeling that way

Why does EY not sponsor internationals working under CPT for one day masters program? Can we all ask for the firm? Or at least provide a better GEOC program.. They will send us to a random country..

Someone here asked recently which candidate would be better for workers like us who are here legally with all the credentials, paying US taxes just like Americans. I have an offer from MindTree. DoJ was 21 Sep but was not getting relieving from current company. Hence requested to give a revised DoJ (1month extension). Does the offer/salary also need to be revised. My current company is offering me a retention hike thats not close to MindTree offer.
