However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4. So I’ve been with a court for a while and honestly the pay sucks compared to what paralegals should be making… the benefits are great though and they match my retirement 100% now that I’m vested at 3 years.I have 4 kids and 1 is getting ready for college. I feel like the benefits are great but I’d rather make more now. I am a previous LEO for 4 years who switched to paralegal so I have my leo retirement. Hey fishes, completed 3 tech rounds at Bosch.
Last tech + managerial round was on 10th Nov. Got HR call on 17th Nov. Told my expected package and she didn't seem to have any issue. On 22nd Nov, got a call from the consultant at taggd who has been arranging all my interviews. Told my expected CTC and she seemed a bit surprised but didn't negotiate and asked if I have any other offers? I asked when can I expected the OL, she said within a week but didn't take any documents. Can I expect the OL?
