From recruiter reach out to scheduling the first RRK interview it has taken 7 weeks ! Is that normal or they are going thru the motions ? I am confused how serious they are about filling the role

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?

Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)

I interviewed at a law firm and had my final round last Friday. The Tuesday afterward, I got a call from the recruiter saying the firm won’t have a decision for another week. How can I add multiple characteristics within one cell and make sure that a pivot table can read both values independently if needed? E.g., I have a column titled “color” and in one cell I write “red” and the other “red, blue”. I’d like a pivot table / formula to be able to count that there are technically two “reds” in this data set. Any tips?

6.5 ctc + 1lakh first anniversary bonus.

2) Fractal analytics:- Role(Imagineer :- on trainingit would depend on what technology you'll work in data science) 7.5 ctc + 3 lakh joining bonus.
