Hi all - hope you're doing well today and have some R&R planned for the weekend. Concern that's been on my mind - are you asking candidates, or providing *if a candidate*, free work via unpaid consulting services or project deliverables as part of the interview process?

I've been asked for case studies, GTM launch plans, messaging and positioning, and in-depth 30-60-90 presentations - all unpaid. After doing this twice (shame on me) I am no longer complying. Thoughts?

I'll have my HR round probably on Monday.
On their application they've said they're accepting only upto 60 days notice period candidates. But I'm having 90 days notice period, if I tell them about this 90 days notice period now in HR round will they understand my situation and select me?

Did not clear google onsite though I am sure I did well. One interviewer was very snarky right from beginning yet I maintained my composure. One interview was cancelled. Is this a normal experience?

I quit my previous job approximately 5-6 months ago due to toxic culture and being pressured to commit fraud… I fear hiring managers see that I’ve been out of work for this time and may assume I was fired or laid off.
