Hi fishes,
I interviewed with Siemens Energy for SAP ABAP position on 21st Jan. The interview went on for about an hour and in the end, the interviewer asked my expected ctc and wanted assurance if I won't negotiate on Siemens offer with some other company as i am currently serving notice period and join Siemens if provided an offer.
Till now , the HR team has not reached out to me for salary discussions and my LWD is 7th Feb. Can i expect a call or i got rejected ?Siemens

Hi folks, I have 6.5yrs of experience in Java, Springboot, Microservices. Does anyone have any idea about Optum Global Solutions, Hyderabad. I was told that the Project which I will be assigned to is an IVR application responsible for middleware services and the shift will be from 2 pm-12 am. Any idea which project is it going to be and how is the work going to be? Do they expect us to extend beyond 12 am on a regular basis?

I don't think you should put any stock at all into AI generated assessments. You certainly shouldn't let anything like that dissuade you from applying for a job. If you think you're qualified go ahead and apply. Just read the job description and decide for yourself if you think you can hack it.

Thank you kindly for your comments. I am very sceptical of anything AI, and I have proven it wrong many times on my own. I'm just thinking of how a recruiter or HR might use it to weed out my resume if the AI on their end deems me not qualified for the position. Alot of employers will use anything to make their lives easier and I know that sometimes rely on AI to make their hiring decisions whether they agree with it or not. Sad but true, unfortunately. Thanks again for your input.
I would pretty much discredit and discount whatever AI has to say about your qualifications. Apply anyway, apply for everything.

Thanks for the vote of confidence. My instincts are to ignore AI (I'm not a fan), but I'm just assuming that employers will use it or ICMS type applications to weed out CVs the software deems unqualified. I really don't want to waste precious time applying for a position I may not have a chance of getting. I really appreciate your advice and use my own judgment.
I don't think AI is that reliable yet. People still write their own resumes for the most part. People actually do read the resumes, too...
I say apply for everything these days. Jobs are really hard to find in this job market. It definitely isn't going to hurt to go ahead and apply.
