A lot of it could be the medicine. I didn’t start feeling nauseous til like 8-9 weeks pregnant but everyone is different. I could tell almost immediately I was pregnant bc ketchup tasted extra sweet 😳
If you are a few weeks in, this is normal IMHO. You are showing all symptoms I went through in the first trimester.

The first blood test for results is around a normal biological “week 6” (because of how weirdly we count for determining normal pregnancies). So getting symptoms week 6-9 sounds accurate.
