Hi All, I am about to get an HR call from Barclays. May I please know what is the relocation policy offered.
Also, I am asked to work five days from the office per month. Being an outsider, I might not choose to "shift" to Pune in this case but visit the city for those 5 days in continuation instead. How would the relocation benefits apply in such a case here?
Please advise so that I can make a wise decision on what to convey in the HR call. TIA!

Hi All, I am working as Consultant in Deloitte USI since 3+ years and now wish to make a change.

I got an offer from BNY Mellon for 28 LPA for Senior Associate 1 position as a Backend Developer. Is BNY a good company considering I am already working as a Full Stack Dev in Deloitte ? Please help and also plz add some points related to benefits, work life balance, quality of work, etc.

I'm a brand new attorney (passed the Feb 2021 bar) who started an in-house counsel position a few months ago (where my focus is negotiating agreements for the sale of my company's software). So squirrels decided to eat my engine harness (thanks Honda for your eco friendly wiring).
I got it fixed but the acceleration still feels sluggish even when slamming the acceleration on sport mode. It’s a 2017 Honda Civic turbo and used to have a pretty fun acceleration. Any ideas what could be the culprit or where to look? Things like bad ECU/ messed up turbo/ air leak?
