I am about to get offer from UBS, I got today mail from HR for docs required, along with that she also mentioned the WFH setup, like laptop will be required from my end 😂, saying for WFH setup ubs don't provide laptop 😂, what is this? I mean I want to work in hybrid form UBS Pune office. But they are saying if it is WFH they won't provide laptop also 😂, is UBS in such bad state now, that not even laptop are they providing.

Hi! I’m a young professional with less than 2 years experience, started a new job 1.5 months ago. I’m having quite some difficulties on balancing out my response time to tasks. While I act incredibly fast if not immediately with some, I sometimes take 1-2 weeks with couple of hours worthy ones. Sometimes I ignore, procrastinate or simply other more urgent things come up to increase the delay. Also I work with 3 managers in my team which doesn’t help with expectations nor guidance. Any tips pls?
