Hi all, I got a bait and switch offer from Optum. FYI, I interviewed for Associate Data Scientist role but since this role is not available right now, they asked me to join for the role of Associate Data Analyst. I am working as a Data Scientist right now. I'm afraid I'll be made to work on technologies I don't want to work on like PowerBI and the work might not include anything related to ML or DS. Should I accept or reject ?

P.S. I don't want to degrade my role.

I’ve been working as a contract TAS for 6 months in a medical device company. I started part time and as it became busier/my trainer quit, I became full-time. I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention. For the salary expectation, I put in 85k which is in the range. I’m currently at 64k which is below the minimum of the range. Is this realistic?
